Dr Caroline Taylor-Walker

Practice Founder and Principal GP

Dr Caroline Taylor-Walker trained to be a Doctor in the UK and arrived in Torquay in 2010. She has a love for helping and supporting the community’s health in a holistic manner, wishing to listen to every patient’s needs and provide them with the best healthcare possible. This is why she started SCHD Australia’s first dedicated Home GP visiting service in 2012 to meet a massive gap in the healthcare system.

She has extensive training in all areas of medicine including: Emergency medicine, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Vascular Surgery and General Medicine.

She holds postgraduate Diplomas that provide extensive knowledge and experience in women’s and child’s health via:

The Faculty in Sexual Health and Family Planning (UK) (DFFP)

The Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK) (DRCOG)

The Royal Collage of Paediatrics (UK) DCH

She also holds post graduate certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery and Dermatology with the University of Queensland along with working in and owning Medical Skin Clinic Australia: A Skin Cancer, Cosmetic and Laser clinic in Torquay:

She is also qualified to fit contraceptive devices such as Implanon and the Mirena. She is trained in Advanced CPR. She also has extensive training in Cosmetic Medicine (Anti-wrinkle injections, Laser, PRP & Thread Lift to name a few).

Dr Caroline also helps examine Medical students at Deakin University and acts as a GP Supervisor for GPs in training.

All this training and Dr Taylor-Walkers heart for the job makes her a well-loved GP that can be trusted and relied upon.

Dr Natasha Nogueira

Dr Natasha Nogueira trained to be a Doctor in the Brazil and arrived in Australia in 2015. Since working with SCHD she has become a much-loved GP that the community would be lost without.

She has a passion to help improve the health of all her patients with a deep warmth and kindness and goes more than out of her way to help and support all our patients.

She loves being able to provide home visits to support patients when its needed most and is a reliable GP that becomes a part of your family.

She has extensive training in all areas of medicine.





Julie Langdale

Julie is a Registered Nurse with experience working in hospitals and qualifications as a midwife. She is passionate about health and ensures all clients are well cared for and listened to.

Deb Winchester

Deb is a Div. 2 nurse with a desire and passion to listen and help others. She has extensive hospital and aged care training and is also a qualified cosmetic nurse.

Kylie Harrington

Kylie is the driver behind Surf Coast Home Doctor and the service could not function without her. With a Bachelor of Management Degree, she is a highly qualified Practice Manager with impressive organisation and business skills. She has a passion for driving the business and developing innovative ways forward. She has a wonderful way to make all patients feel looked after and ensure they are treated to the highest standards. The wonderful atmosphere and team that will greet you via the service is all driven by our fantastic manager Kylie.








Sarah Maynard 

Sarah comes from an extensive background of medical reception work and is dedicated to ensuring each patient is treated with respect and listened to. Sarah ensures the service runs smoothly and that patients and Doctors connect as they should.
