Receptionist:

We are expanding our team and are searching for a receptionist to join our wonderful team.

1 x permanent part time position available as part of a job share arrangement.

Hours: Every Saturday 12.45pm to 5.45pm

Work from home as our receptionist carrying out reception and admin duties.

Tasks will include, but not limited to:
Answering the phone, scheduling appointments, organising appointments and the Doctors, processing payments, admin tasks, directing the Doctors, maintaining and following accreditation protocols, working at our admin base on occasion.

You will be supported by the Practice Managers, Practice Nurses and the Doctors.

Desirable skills:
Previous Medical receptionist roles.
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills and ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable.
Calm and sensible.
Can use initiative.
Lives Locally with good knowledge of the local area.
Flexible.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient to advanced skills in IT, Word, Excel.
Experience using Medical Software programs (we use Best Practice).
Completion of an accredited medical receptionist course.
Maintain a professional home environment.
